Diane Arbus : Barefoot Child Jumping Rope

Diane Arbus captured a wide variety of people. She often photographed the less represented side of society. I like this picture because it is a representation of the innocence in the world. This girl is just jumping rope barefoot . She probably doesn't care that her feet could be getting dirty or that her dress looks a little short. Society finds away to take innocence away, but Arbus has captured it in a photograph.
