Frida Kahlo: Perro Ixcuhintle Conmigo

This is a lovely painting of Frida Kahlo. I like how she paints her true self. A unibrow is frowned upon in current society, but she sees it as part of herself. Her face appears expressionless as it is in most paintings. I like how the painting is simple, and there are similar darker hues in each aspect of the painting. I love the detail in her hair and the fabric of the dress. I like how she was able to make the little dog so accurate with it's detail in comparison to a chihuahua.
